In this past 2016 election year, I discovered that bison can vote. In fact, all bovine or herd-like animals can vote. They do this by positioning their body towards the object they want to vote for. For instance, if a drink of water seems like a good idea, then they turn their body towards the water. Soon, other bison in the flock are considering this option and indicate their choice by turning their bodies in agreement. After a while, a good number of bison are facing the beverage bar. Then one breaks out and mosies on over to drink, and the rest follow. Sometimes it’s a split vote, because half the herd positions instead to move on down the meadow. Then the herd separates for a bit.
Still, the bison’s’ vote begins with body positioning.
Similarly, in the mind of a blogger, a reader’s “vote” is initiated with a blog sign-up or blog comment.
A reader who signs up to receive blog notices is a cherished person to me, and the action does not go unnoticed.
Specifically, from this writer, I thank you.
But here’s my problem. This site, Stressbless, is no longer my primary/current blog site. I’ve not posted in Stressbless for several years. The reason I leave it out here in internet space is because I have an Avatar connected to it that allows me to comment and follow other WordPress sites, so I have not dismantled this site. I may return to posting on Stressbless when I’ve caught up with my fiction story work and screenplays. Please visit my current blog/story site at

Consider signing up for my author site, because that IS where I’ll be writing, for better or worse. Not this website, “stressbless.”
My author site, www.annclarkmcfarland.com is kind of like a cafeteria. You’ll find all sorts of things. Hopefully there’ll be something you’ll enjoy.
If you already signed up for my author blog in months past, then you’ll have to re-subscribe on my site to receive notices.
Blogging is hard, but having readers makes it worth the effort.
